Delitalia Gourmet foods is closing her stores and will sell it on Amazon, according to The Herald Sun.
The Australian company has been selling groceries online for years, but is now looking to shift the bulk of its business towards Amazon.
Angelina’s sister company Delitalias has also shut its doors.
The Herald newspaper reported that Delitalies shares are down by more than 50 per cent this year.
The online retailer will now have to pay a premium for the product, which is expected to be cheaper than traditional groceries.
The company has also said it plans to sell groceries through Amazon in the future.
The move to sell through Amazon comes as a big boost for the company, which had been struggling to sell its food and produce in Australia.
Angelinas sister company, Delitalians, also plans to move its stores to the Amazon platform.
The grocery chain also said in January that it had signed a deal with Amazon to sell produce through its grocery app.
