German restaurant german, which has a history of using a variety of ethnic dishes in its food, will soon start serving German-style gourmet meals in a renovated building.
The new restaurant, located in the small village of Stuttgart, is part of a larger initiative by the German Ministry of Culture and Tourism (DMOT) to promote German cuisine.
The company, which is owned by the Bavarian-based company, has been preparing to open a restaurant in Stuttenburg for about a year, said Joachim Gattuso, the German head of DMOT.
Stuttgart has traditionally been home to several German-themed restaurants, including the famous “German-owned” Küngen, and a German-owned restaurant in Hamburg, which opened in 2015.
The current owners of the former Küntchen restaurant are planning to convert it into a new restaurant.
“The restaurant is being designed for the new German-based restaurant, which we are planning,” Gattuseso said.
The idea for the restaurant comes from the fact that there are so many Germans living in Germany, he added.
The current owners wanted to show that Germany could be a very welcoming and hospitable place for everyone, he said.
Gattusesi said that he has asked the German Embassy in Hamburg to help with the planning and renovation of the restaurant.
The new restaurant is expected to open in the first quarter of 2019.
